Who will transform the gateway into Prague – Prague’s main railway station? The expert committee has chosen five teams of architects to enter the next round of the competitive dialogue aimed at a coordinated approach to three main tasks: revitalizing the Vrchlickeho sady park, building the new Muzeum – Bolzanova tram line, and reconstructing the newer section of the station building. Among the contenders are West 8 Urban Design and Landscape Architecture B.V.; Henning Larsen Architects A/S; Chybik + Kristof + Civitas; re:architekti + baukuh studio associato + Yellow Office di Francesca Benedetto; and Miralles Tagliabue EMBT S.L.P. + OCA architects Prague, s.r.o. The team representatives will be invited to CAMP in November. How do their respective studios function? What is the thought process behind their work?
